Balut is a 16-21 day-old fertilized duck egg. It contains a combination of savory soup, fresh meaty bird and warm egg yolk. Eaten with a dash of salt or with vinegar.
顧名思義,鴨仔蛋是16~21天的受精鴨蛋。綜合了鹹味湯、鮮嫩的鳥肉和蛋黃。沾上鹽巴或醋即可食用。
Let me teach you how to eat Balut. First, crack a small hole on the top of egg shell. Second, put a dash of salt or vinegar. Third, drink the soup from the hole. Peel the rest of the egg, eat the yolk and egg white, and eat the feathery duck last.
讓我來教你怎麼吃鴨仔蛋吧。首先,在蛋殼頂部敲一個小洞。第二,放一些鹽巴或醋。第三,從鴨蛋小洞喝湯。把蛋殼剝掉,吃掉鴨蛋和小鴨享用口感。
