出社會第一關，英文自傳、履歷怎麼寫比較好？！

只要背熟以下基本句型，並視個人情況代換底線內的文字，就是一份完整的自我介紹，再搭配其他句型，個人自傳也可輕鬆搞定唷！

(我是桑尼)
I graduated from XX University and my major was in Business Administration.
(我畢業於某某大學，主修商業管理系。)
There are 4 people in my family, including my parents, my brothers, and myself.
(我的家庭有四名成員，包括我的父母、弟弟與我。)
I am working for a trading company as a salesman now.
(我現在在貿易公司擔任業務。)
I am an aggressive person and like to learn new things.
(我是個很有幹勁的人，喜歡學習新事物。)
I am interested in English very much.
(我對英文很有興趣。)

身在競爭激烈的就業市場，如果雇主是買家，那你就是商品，你的履歷表就成了商品「廣告」。只有能在最短時間裡吸引買家注意的有效廣告，才有機會進行更深入的行銷（面試），搞懂了這段關係，你就能理解有效的履歷表對成交有多重要！所謂有效的履歷，必須包含：

1.我能提供什麼，讓公司覺得不用我就可惜了。
2.我有什麼特質與經驗，讓公司覺得我可以勝任此職務。

英文履歷的五大要件：
英文履歷的目的不是要展示你的英文能力，而是藉由文字把自己的WORK EXPERIENCE以及EDUCATION等資料交代清楚，讓雇主瞭解你是不是他們所需要的人才。除了善用各網路人力銀行提供的英文履歷格式，你也可以自行設計個人化的英文履歷表，以下是撰寫英文履歷與自傳，你必須掌握的幾項基本原則：

1.C.V or Resume：
C.V是curriculum vitae的縮寫，與Resume一樣都是指英文履歷，兩者的差別只在於C.V是簡歷，比一般的Resume更為簡短的簡歷表。

2.履歷內容應包括：
．個人資料(Personal Data)
．應徵職務(Job Objective, Desired Position)
．專長(Summary of Skills, Highlights of Qualifications)
．教育(Education)
．工作經驗(Work Experience, Job History)
．社團經驗(Extra Curriculum Experience)

3.履歷應簡潔：
以不超過A4一頁為原則，盡量以條列式排版，讓雇主容易閱讀，建議條列式的項目如下：

◎PERSONAL DATA(個人基本資料)
包括：Name(姓名)、Present address(地址)、Telephone(電話)、 Date of birth(生日)、Marital status(婚姻狀況)、 Language skills(語言能力)。

◎EDUCATION ＆ TRAINING(學歷相關)
包括欄位：College或University(校名)、Degree(學位)、Major Courses(主修)。由最近畢業到曾經就讀學校，並註明起訖時間。

◎WORK history(工作經驗)
包括：Organization Name(公司名)、Position(職位)、From To(每份工作的時期)、Description of Responsibility(職務簡述)。

◎Summary of Skills, Highlights of Qualifications(專長)
包括：Skills(工作技能)、Working Knowledge(相關訓練)、Accomplishment(相關成績與成就)，可依各項目的重要性或與應徵職務關係的程度先後順序加以說明。

4.正確使用文法：
彙與語句簡單明瞭即可；太過細節的個人資料可視情況省略，如薪資、身高體重、興趣等。

5.自傳(AUTOBIOGRAPHY)：
自傳是個人背景以及學、經歷、專長的附加說明，只要充分明白的補充或強調自己的優點與想法即可，不需長篇大論或使用艱深的語句，通常以四到五段為主，並且也是儘量濃縮在一張A4頁面當中。自傳應包含以下幾個部份：

◎個人基本狀況的描述
簡單說明個人成長環境、家庭成員、個性等等；適度描述，不需要太多瑣碎的資訊。
e.g.:
My name is Chan Siu Lin, From Taichung. I graduated from Soochow University and my major was in History. There are 4 people in my family. My father works in the trading company as a sales representative., and my mother is a housewife ...
Because of coming to Taiwan to study, I developed an independent personality. In order to lighten my parents' burden, I took several part-time jobs, like the waitress, sales assistant. From those working experience, I learned many great skills in dealing with people.

◎個人專長與所學
說明自己在校所學所訓練的專業能力，並且提供自己特殊成就或優異表現的例子。
e.g.:
In the college period, I was awarded the multi-characteristics of the Internet. So I browsed all kinds of multi-media design and try to learn every course of communication issue that school offered such as programming, marketing, design, writing, and even filming. In addition, I prepared myself to be one who can use design tools very well. Therefore, I’ve got the design concept and sense through implementation experience. I have designed several websites, such as JongHeng Storage Company.

◎課外活動或打工經驗
如有打工經驗或社團經驗，可說明這過程中的收穫，以及對於所求職工作能力需求的幫助，如有實例可佐證更好。另外，個人從這些活動經驗中的心得，對於某項職場工作倫理的體悟，也可提出來，藉此展現自己待人處世的成熟度。
e.g.:
I am outgoing ,easy to get along with, and very active .I was a member of social service club, and being the president of the club. Because of this position, I learned more things, like leadership skills, organizing group activities and designing posters and cards.

◎自我生涯期許
個人在短期以及長期的生涯發展規劃，個人成就期許，均可加以說明。此舉可以加強雇主對於求職者求職動力、企圖心的印象。
e.g.:
I am an easy-going individual, in that I can deal with colleagues harmoniously in any situations. I believe in teamwork that offers magic power such as 1+1>2. Of course, I will never ignore independent workability. After serving mandatory military service, I am now ready to devote myself to the Internet world.

英文履歷篇幅以一頁為限，超過一頁，對方可能沒有時間看完。這一頁履歷應該包含個人資料、專長、學歷、經歷、興趣等五大重點。若你已出社會多年，希望轉職，那麼上述在學校的社團或打工經驗就已不適用，建議放入過去工作經歷和表現佐證。期許大家能持續精進外語力，並祝福各位能得到心中理想的夢幻工作。
